Black Pandi later left for health reasons; Manivannan entered as the first wildcard. Actress Anandhi Ajay entered as the second wildcard on 14 September 2026. TTF Vasan, Karishma Sama and Akshitha Ashok entered together as Week 5 wildcards on Day 28 (4 October 2026). The format is the standard Indian Bigg Boss machine: daily tasks, kitchen and store-room politics, captaincy, nominations and a weekend episode with the host.
